Regarding the offline conference that we are going to hold we would like to inform to all author the requirements and guideline during the parallel session in SENTA 2024. Here the requirements must be followed by the presenter :

1. Author must submit the full paper by September 8 ^th, 2024 at 23.59 (GMT +7) through Morressier
2. Presenters are required to submit the presentation deck no later than October 20 ^th, 2024 at 23.59 (GMT +7) . The Presentation deck must be submitted in Power Point format. Here is the  PPT Template designed by committee. It is not mandatory, but please include the SENTA 2024 logo.
3. Please rename the presentation deck file with Paper ID_Presenter’s Name_ The first 3 words of the paper’s title.
   (Example: 05_Abdullah Baredwan_Dynamic analysis of floating)
4. The presentation must be delivered in English
5. Each Author is given 11 minutes in parallel session with following time description:
   – 8 minutes for presenting the paper
   – 3 minutes for question-and-answer session
6. Parallel session will be held in 7 parallel rooms that will be attended up to 15 authors for each room
7. Please kindly check your email and our website for the room division for each presenter. We will announce later.

Regarding the hybrid conference that we are going to hold for abroad presenter, we would like to inform some technical requirements of the presentation during the parallel sessions.

SENTA 2024 offers two ways of presentation in the parallel sessions:

Option 1: LIVE online presentation.

Option 2: PRE-RECORDED video presentation. (Your recorded video presentation will be played according to the parallel session schedule).

Authors are allowed to choose which of the above options is preferred. However, the question-and-answer session will still be conducted live.

Authors are required to submit:

• Presentation slide (PPT) for those who choose the first option.
• Presentation video (MP4) for those who choose the second option.

Video Presentation Guidelines:

• Maximum video length is 10 minutes.
• Dimensions: Minimum height is 480 pixels and aspect ratio is 16:9.
• It is recommended to turn on the webcam during your presentation on the video.
• Presentations must be delivered in English.

Submit your presentation slide/video no later than October 20, 2024 at 23:57 WIB (GMT +7) via email : senta@its.ac.id. Please rename your file with “Paper ID_Name of Presenter”.
