Presentation Guidelines

  • Arrive at your designated presentation session on time to maintain the conference schedule.
  • Presentations must be delivered in English.
  • The presentation is limited to 10 minutes. Please stay within this time limit to ensure a smooth conference schedule.
  • After the presentation, there will be a 5-minute question-and-answer (Q&A) session.
  • For online presentation, SENTA 2023 offers two ways of presentation: Live online presentation and Pre-Recorded video presentation. You can choose your preferred option, but the question-and-answer session will be conducted live for both.
  • Upload your presentation slide no later than November 19th, 2023 via the submission drive in this LINK. Please rename your file with “Paper ID *XX*_*Title*” (e.g: Paper ID 00_Paper Title Example)

Presentation Slides:

  • The amount of slide suggested are not more than 12 slides
  • Use a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio for all presentation slides.
  • Employ high contrast by using dark-colored fonts on a light background or vice versa for optimal readability.
  • Limit text on each slide suggested to be no more than 30 words and no more than 6 lines for clarity.
  • Ensure that illustrations, lines, numbers, and captions have sufficient thickness and size to ensure clear projection.
