Presentation Guideline
Regarding the online conference that we are going to hold on November 27, 2021, we would like to inform some technical requirements of the presentation during the parallel sessions.
SENTA 2021 offers two ways of presentation in the parallel sessions:
Option 1: LIVE online presentation.
Option 2: PRE-RECORDED video presentation. (Your recorded video presentation will be played according to the parallel session schedule).
Authors are allowed to choose which of the above options is preferred. However, the question-and-answer session will still be conducted live.
Authors are required to submit:
a. Presentation slide (PPT) for those who choose the first option.
b. Presentation video (MP4) for those who choose the second option.
Video Presentation Guidelines:
– Maximum video length is 10 minutes.
– Dimensions: Minimum height is 480 pixels and aspect ratio is 16:9.
– It is recommended to turn on the webcam during your presentation on the video.
– Presentations must be delivered in English.
Submit your presentation slide/video no later than November 24, 2021 at 23:57 WIB (GMT+7) via the submission form https://bit.ly/SENTApresentation or email us senta@its.ac.id. Please rename your file with “Paper ID_Name of Presenter”.
